An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Entitlement & Benefits Strategy Specialist, to join our People & Culture division in a Max Term role until 31st March 2026.
The People and Culture Division is tasked with executing strategic people-focused initiatives throughout Toyota and fostering a safe, inclusive environment where team members can reach their full potential. It provides best-in-class consultancy, training, and development services to Toyota employees and OneToyota affiliates through an HR shared services model. This encompasses organizational development through professional training, HR advisory services in areas such as health and safety, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and talent acquisition, all backed by the deployment of advanced technology platforms and systems.
The Entitlement & Benefits Strategy Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing a unified "One Toyota" vehicle entitlement strategy that ensures consistent alignment of vehicle entitlements and benefits across Toyota affiliates. This strategy supports Toyota's broader goals, including its commitment to carbon neutrality. Additionally, the role also supports the ongoing management of current employee lease vehicle entitlement program, ensuring the delivery of vehicle benefits in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
This role is based in Altona North with flexible work arrangements on offer.
How you'll make an impact
- Support the execution of a unified vehicle entitlement strategy across Toyota affiliates, aligning with corporate goals like carbon neutrality while managing and updating employee vehicle lease benefits in line with current and future policies.
- Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of current employee lease vehicle scheme systems, processes, and procedures to align with Toyota's goals for profitability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development, rollout, and ongoing management of vehicle lease programs across Toyota affiliates, ensuring alignment with entitlement and benefits strategies.
- Monitor the execution of Toyota's Employee Family Vehicle Purchase (EFVP) and Employee Spare Parts (ESP) Scheme to ensure key milestones are achieved and any issues are addressed promptly.
- Adopt a continuous improvement (Kaizen) mindset in all activities to identify opportunities for increasing capacity, enhancing efficiency, and improving service delivery to customers.
Your attributes
- A degree in business administration, commerce (or a related field) or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and development.
- Experience in employee benefits and vehicle entitlement programs is highly valued, though not essential
- Experience in creating policies, SOPs, or similar documents, along with strong project management skills
- Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders, negotiating outcomes in a complex environment
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
