What you'll contribute to
As our Energy Projects Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Toyota's renewable energy initiatives and supporting projects that align with our strategic vision. You'll help deliver innovative solutions that leverage future technologies and accelerate our journey toward a zero-emissions society.
This is a fixed-term, full-time opportunity based at our CHQ office in Port Melbourne, giving you the chance to work on projects that shape Toyota's future and expand our value chain.
How you'll make an impact
- Manage energy-related projects to ensure milestones are achieved and roadblocks are resolved.
- Research and propose renewable energy initiatives that drive innovation and create future business opportunities.
- Facilitate collaboration across divisions, external partners, and working groups to ensure alignment and resource allocation.
- Engage stakeholders by providing accurate updates and summaries of key activities.
- Deliver regular reports to senior management on project progress, challenges, and strategic direction.
- Monitor compliance, risk, and financial tracking to minimise exposure and ensure regulatory adherence.
Your attributes - If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience-ideally in Engineering or Renewable Energy.
- 2+ years' experience in project coordination or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of project planning and implementation, with a passion for future technologies.
- Knowledge of the energy industry and renewable energy trends is highly regarded.
- Skilled in problem-solving and navigating complex challenges
