What you'll contribute to
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Planning Coordinator to join our Aftersales division in a permanent full-time role.
The Aftersales Division is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all national parts and accessories activities. This includes sales, business development, procurement, supplier management, dealer support, and warehouse operations. The goal is to achieve sales volume, market share, and profitability objectives while optimizing warehouse operations to meet global best-practice standards.
The Planning Coordinator is responsible for coordinating programs and events, as well as implementing and maintaining strategic initiatives and management systems. This role also facilitates stakeholder forums and oversees policies, processes, and communications across the Aftersales Division to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
This role is in Altona North with flexible work arrangements on offer. Interstate travel will be required in this role at least twice a year or more depending on business needs.
How you'll make an impact
- Coordinate the Aftersales and Retention Sub-Committee meetings, along with other key business events as required. Ensure effective engagement and communication with internal and external stakeholders, implement agreed event management processes and procedures, and oversee all activities leading up to the event. Take responsibility for delivering successful outcomes for each event.
- Assist in developing policies, coordinating processes, and standards for Aftersales programs and strategic initiatives to support divisional objectives and enhance engagement.
- Coordinate the collection, summarization, and analysis of information to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Prepare and distribute key milestone documents and strategy papers to stakeholders as required.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of events, programs, campaigns, and strategic initiatives against set targets, and recommend corrective actions where necessary. Support ongoing continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain reporting systems to provide the business with accurate and timely information for planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.

- Tertiary qualification in Business Marketing, or equivalent experience in planning and organising events
- Proven experience in project planning, management and coordination including excellent stakeholder engagement experience
- Understanding of the automotive industry, supply chain and Dealership network would be advantageous
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
- PowerBI experience will be highly regarded
