What you'll contribute to
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Change Management & Reporting Coordinator - Product Planning, to join our Product Planning & Development Division in a max term role for 2 years.
Product Planning & Development aims to design, develop and deliver unique global contributions that create Ever Better Products for our customers, ensuring no one is left behind. Our purpose is to empower every team member to contribute with high quality and intention, driving continuous growth and supporting our successful transition into an innovative mobility company.
The Change Management & Reporting Coordinator - Product Planning is responsible for supporting the management of product changes and reporting across the Toyota and Lexus vehicle lineup. The role ensures the delivery of highly desirable and compliant products that meet sales and customer satisfaction targets, ultimately maximising profitability for Toyota and its dealer network.
This role is based in Altona North, with flexible arrangements on offer. The role also requires working out of our Port Melbourne office approximately once a week.
How you'll make an impact
- Implement the agreed change management and reporting processes in line with established policies to support and achieve mid‑term cross‑carline product planning objectives.
- Assist in developing processes and procedures that support mid‑term cross‑carline product strategies, ensuring the delivery of highly desirable and compliant products that meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate forums to ensure that all stakeholders receive clear and timely communication regarding changes affecting the Toyota and Lexus vehicle lineups.
- Act as a primary point of contact for agreed cross‑carline policies and procedures.
- Update and maintain reporting systems with accurate, timely information to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Commerce, or equivalent relevant experience
- Product planning experience, ideally within the automotive industry
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate outcomes in complex environments
- Proven experience in meeting coordination and data analysis, including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Sound understanding of automotive systems, associated technical terminology, and regulatory exposure (desirable)
- Knowledge of sales and marketing processes (desirable)
