What you'll contribute to
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Pricing Analyst to join our Product Planning & Development division in a permanent full-time position.
The Product Planning & Development (PPD) Division oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all product initiatives to ensure new products are designed and developed to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting the development of pricing proposals for Toyota and Lexus vehicles, ensuring optimal competitiveness and profitability throughout each model's lifecycle.
This role is based in Altona North with flexible working arrangements on offer.
How you'll make an impact
- Implement agreed vehicle pricing processes and procedures in line with established policies and assist in developing pricing frameworks for Toyota and Lexus vehicles to optimise competitiveness and profitability throughout the model lifecycle.
- Support shaping pricing proposals through analysis of market conditions and competitor activity, ensuring strong competitiveness and profitability throughout each vehicle's lifecycle.
- Support with the analysis of Toyota and Lexus pricing by assisting with the evaluation and tracking of how both brands compare against key competitors.
- Regularly update stakeholders on the status of pricing proposals, highlighting progress and any emerging issues, and recommending actions to address them. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date pricing information within business and reporting systems to support effective planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, engineering or experience in a similar role.
- Analytical capability and intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Experience working with automotive pricing is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to interpret market, competitor, and commercial insights to support pricing decisions.
- SAP experience in pricing or product-related modules is desirable but essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
