What you'll contribute to
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Compliance Coordinator to join our Finance, Procurement & Legal division in a max term role until 31st March 2027.
The Finance, Procurement & Legal Division provides corporate finance and procurement support across the business, enabling Toyota to effectively execute its strategy and achieve its organisational objectives.
As the Property Compliance Coordinator, you will support the delivery of safety and environmental systems and processes across Toyota sites nationwide, helping to achieve a zero‑harm workplace for teammates, contractors, visitors, and the environment.
This role is primarily based across our Altona North and Port Melbourne offices, with flexible working arrangements available. Occasional interstate travel may be required.
How you'll make an impact
- Lead national property safety and environmental audits, coordinating and supporting internal and external audits across all TMCA sites to ensure compliance with OH&S legislation and company standards.
- Implement and maintain safety processes and procedures in line with established policies, supporting TMCA's zero‑harm objectives.
- Implement and support environmental processes and procedures aligned to policy requirements and zero‑harm commitments.
- Coordinate regular Corporate Property Safety & Environment meetings, reviewing activities against agreed schedules, identifying risks or issues, implementing countermeasures, and escalating where required.
- Manage supplier invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion in line with financial governance for both Opex and Capex.
- Prepare and submit monthly accruals and operating expenditure forecasts for property‑related costs.

- Experience coordinating or supporting property safety and environmental compliance, including internal and external audits across sites (desirable).
- Understanding of OH&S legislation, environmental regulations, and compliance frameworks, with the ability to apply policies and procedures in a practical setting (desirable).
- Proven ability to implement and maintain safety and environmental processes that support zero‑harm objectives.
- Experience coordinating meetings, tracking actions, identifying risks or issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Financial and administration skills, including processing supplier invoices, preparing accruals, and contributing to Opex forecasting.
- Well‑developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across corporate teams and external partners.
