About the Opportunity
Our Sydney team is looking forward to welcoming a Graduate Project Planner (Analyst). As our Analyst you'll step into a dynamic entry-level consulting role offering hands-on experience across major projects and the opportunity to learn from some of the industry’s best.

TBH specialises in a broad range of project management services including planning and scheduling, project controls, cost management, claims and dispute resolution, and risk management. This gives you exposure to in-depth project experiences across a wide range of industries, projects and challenges both within Australia and internationally.
You’ll play a key role in supporting senior consultants and project teams with research, data analysis and the preparation of client deliverables. With structured guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals, you’ll build a strong foundation in project controls, scheduling and consulting.

As our Analyst you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting project plan implementation and contributing to delivery under guidance from senior team members
- Researching, reviewing and analysing project data to support reporting and deliverables
- Preparing high-quality documentation including reports, schedules and presentations
- Applying project controls methodologies to identify issues and support solution development
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to support effective project delivery
- Supporting process improvements and assisting with general business administration as required
What you’ll bring
As our successful candidate you'll bring;
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or a related field
- Some exposure to project scheduling or project controls
- Exposure to project management software like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Experience using Microsoft applications and software (desirable).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support report preparation
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a collaborative environment
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and develop capability
- Professional, reliable and client-focused attitude
- Curiosity, initiative and a proactive mindset toward learning and improvement
