About the Opportunity

Our Sydney team is looking forward to welcoming a Graduate Project Planner (Analyst). As our Analyst you'll step into a dynamic entry-level consulting role offering hands-on experience across major projects and the opportunity to learn from some of the industry’s best.

TBH specialises in a broad range of project management services including planning and scheduling, project controls, cost management, claims and dispute resolution, and risk management. This gives you exposure to in-depth project experiences across a wide range of industries, projects and challenges both within Australia and internationally.

You’ll play a key role in supporting senior consultants and project teams with research, data analysis and the preparation of client deliverables. With structured guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals, you’ll build a strong foundation in project controls, scheduling and consulting.

From day one, you’ll work closely with experienced consultants and senior leaders across our Melbourne team and the wider TBH network, contributing meaningfully while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

As our Analyst you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting project plan implementation and contributing to delivery under guidance from senior team members
  • Researching, reviewing and analysing project data to support reporting and deliverables
  • Preparing high-quality documentation including reports, schedules and presentations
  • Applying project controls methodologies to identify issues and support solution development
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to support effective project delivery
  • Supporting process improvements and assisting with general business administration as required

What you’ll bring

As our successful candidate you'll bring;

  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or a related field
  • Some exposure to project scheduling or project controls
  • Exposure to project management software like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
  • Experience using Microsoft applications and software (desirable).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support report preparation
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a collaborative environment
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and develop capability
  • Professional, reliable and client-focused attitude
  • Curiosity, initiative and a proactive mindset toward learning and improvement
