What if the start of your career could be more than you expect?
We are looking for Graduates from across Australia who want to be part of providing solutions for a better tomorrow to join us in February 2027!
Discover an alternative career
Being an independent consultancy with an international footprint means your career at TBH can take you places you may not have expected.
Imagine starting your career helping to plan and schedule a hospital redevelopment in Sydney. Or you could be analysing schedule risk on a renewable energy project in South Australia or reviewing costs for a transmission line project in Queensland.
Or maybe you will be supporting marine works on the NSW South Coast, or undertaking programme review, cost validation, progress reporting, technical due diligence and cost reviews on data centre projects in Melbourne or Tasmania. It could be helping to investigate a complex claim on a major road upgrade in Sydney.
And then, your opportunities could take you internationally to work on data centre projects across Asia, helping to manage risk registers and navigate the complex challenges that come with delivering major projects across different markets and environments.
One project leads to another. One experience opens the door to something completely different.
What makes TBH unique is that we can offer you an alternative to traditional construction, project management, architectural and engineering career paths.
We specialise in a wide range of project management services, including planning and scheduling, project controls, cost management, claims and dispute resolution, strategic advisory, risk management and so much more, and you have the opportunity to gain experience across different disciplines, industries, projects and locations.
You won't be limited to one type of project or one way of working. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, solve complex problems and discover where your skills and interests could take you.
Your first role is just the beginning. Where it takes you could be more than you expect.
