TBH is expanding its Sydney operations and we have an exciting opportunity for a Delay Consultant/ Analyst with to join our team.
The role will encompass working within the planning / scheduling and cost services team on a variety of projects in the construction and/or engineering sectors.
In order to be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and expertise:
- Relevant Bachelor degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years' post graduate experience in time and cost claims
- Analysing and extracting information from construction/engineering plans and designs
- Establishing and updating project schedules
- Monitoring and reporting on programmes, project schedules and planning activities
- Critical path programme analysis
- Preparing progress reports including resources, histograms, S-curves, Earned Value and cash flow
- Experience with delay claims and quantum claims analysis
- Project planning experience
- Primavera P6 and or MS Project
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills including report writing
- Highly developed organisation and time management skills
