About the Opportunity
As our business continues to grow, we have a great opportunity for a People & Culture Manager (12 Month Contract – Parental Leave) to join our People & Culture team. This position is based in our North Sydney office and offers flexibility to work from home in a hybrid arrangement.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the People & Culture Manager leads an operational People & Culture team who drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle for our global footprint.
As our People & Culture Manager you’ll be responsible for;

Designing and enabling People & Culture frameworks, tools and practices that enable functional excellence in a culture which promotes the organisation of work and the delivery of value across TBH.

In partnership with the People & Culture Management team, lead the operational implementation of employee lifecycle and annual cyclic activities.

Lead in the management and approach in ensuring employment related compliance requirements across our global landscape which mitigates risks and promote a fair and inclusive workplace.

Lead and manage a team ensuring the overall performance and effectiveness of the teams operating model.
This role has 4 direct reports and manages our Business Partnering team as well as our Talent Acquisition team.
What you’ll bring
As our successful candidate you'll bring:
-
5-10 years in Human Resource Management with a focus on the breadth across People & Culture operations at a strategic planning and operational execution level.

Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

A strong background and significant experience in, and knowledge of, relevant industrial instruments, legislative frameworks, advocacy and litigated claims management. As well as a strong background in employment relations. An understanding of international HR regulations is desirable.

Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a team.

Ability to think critically with a high level of attention to detail, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Experience in implementing and managing HRIS will be highly regarded.

Highly developed communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and build effective partnerships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
