About TBH

At TBH, we dream of transforming communities and improving lives, by providing innovative solutions to our clients most complex problems.

We’re one of Australia’s largest privately owned, independent consultancy with an international footprint, and have been specialising in high-risk, large-scale and challenging projects since 1965.

As leaders in our field and trusted advisors, we have provided specialist project management services to the public and private sectors on over 8,000 landmark projects across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

TBH has been growing rapidly in Australia and internationally, but continues to be a connected, collaborative and supportive team. We have set our strategy looking ahead to 2030, to ensure we continue to meet the needs of clients and set ourselves up as a business for the future.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Content & Marketing Manager (Australia) to join our agile Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you will work closely with and support the Senior Content & Communications Manager across all facets of content, contributing to the marketing efforts of a global project management consultancy with a strong presence in Australia, Asia, and the Middle East.

This full-time 6-month contract role (with potential to extend) is ideal for a hands-on B2B marketer and writer who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment while delivering practical, high-impact outcomes for the business. Part-time arrangements (4 days per week) may also be considered for the right candidate. This is a hands-on, proactive role and is not suited to candidates seeking a purely strategic or agency-style position.

You will play a key role in sharing our story, developing content across multiple channels, and managing marketing functions for our Australian offices, working closely with local stakeholders to support conference and event participation within the construction, infrastructure and engineering sectors.

As our Content & Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for:

  • Writing, editing, and managing high-quality B2B content across multiple channels, including web pages, articles, industry commentary, profiles, conference materials, and video content
  • Translating complex, technical subject matter into clear, engaging content for different audiences and platforms
  • Collaborating with internal subject matter experts, external partners and senior stakeholders to capture insights and deliver marketing outcomes
  • Planning, producing and refining video content, including reviewing transcripts and coordinating local shoots
  • Maintaining brand tone, messaging and positioning across all content and marketing materials
  • Supporting Australian profit centres with campaigns, marketing initiatives, tender and EOI materials, and event participation
  • Planning and executing conferences and events, including promotional collateral, speaker support, and pre/post-event marketing activity
  • Managing multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content and marketing outputs
  • Maintaining a content and marketing calendar to coordinate campaigns, events and communications across offices
  • Using CMS platforms (preferably WordPress) and marketing tools to publish, track and analyse content performance
  • Providing guidance, advice and hands-on support to internal stakeholders to deliver marketing outcomes aligned with business objectives
  • Monitoring marketing activity performance, adjusting strategies and providing insights to inform future campaigns

What you’ll bring

  • As our successful candidate you'll bring:
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with proven content development and campaign delivery
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, able to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Experience in infrastructure, engineering and/or construction industries
  • Skilled in CMS platforms, preferably WordPress
  • Experience supporting multiple business units or profit centres (highly desirable)
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with technical experts, senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Able to work strategically and hands-on
  • Experience supporting conferences, trade events, or industry forums (desirable)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and professional services marketing (desirable)
  • Experience working within a matrix or multi-office organisation (desirable)

Additional Requirements

  • Interstate travel within Australia may be required to support content creation, marketing activity, and conference participation
  • As part of the recruitment process (second stage), candidates will be asked to provide examples of written work. Where available, examples of video content or productions you have contributed to will be highly regarded
