  • Develop, implement and continuously improve Transdev’s asset management framework and documentation
  • Ensure alignment with ISO 55001 standards and support audit and compliance activities
  • Drive improvements in asset reliability, availability and lifecycle performance
  • Support operational entities in implementing asset management strategies, systems and improvements
  • Lead and facilitate the Asset Management Community of Practice across ANZ
  • Identify and deliver initiatives to optimise asset performance, reduce risk and improve cost efficiency

What you bring

Experience & qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Transport or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in asset management and strategic leadership
  • Experience supporting business development activities, bids or complex commercial environments (desirable)

Skills & Attributes:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop high‑quality submissions
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking capability
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse, cross‑functional teams
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of contract performance drivers
  • Ability to drive change, uplift capability and implement best practice frameworks
  • Collaborative mindset with strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

Don’t tick every box? That’s okay. If you bring strong strategic capability, asset management expertise and a passion for improvement, we’d love to hear from you.
