The Role

Assisting the Rolling Stock Manager, The LRV Availability Specialist is responsible for delivering safe & reliable vehicles. This will include vehicle performance, pre departure checks, as well as technical & general maintenance. In addition, the scope of the role will include driving, transfers, shunting and dynamic testing when required. Other duties may include assisting / managing the wrapping of vehicles, monitoring spare parts / consumables and keeping accurate records / reporting.

What You Bring

In addition to your driving experience, your background may include rail / rolling stock experience or in a (mechanical / trade) workshop environment. Equally important will be your well-developed communication skills and your ability to manage time, balance priorities and work autonomously when required.
