The role
In this position you will play a pivotal role in developing the people plan aligned to the Sydney & Parramatta Light Rail networks. Working closely with the Senior Management Team your role will manage the complexity of merging an existing business and business with a go live date in 2024. As part of the change, the 12-month project will include executing the people plan to include performance reviews, talent mapping and succession planning. Key to your success will be maximising the adoption of the change strategy and nurturing crucial internal stakeholder relationships to ensure a smooth transition.
What you bring
In addition to relevant tertiary qualifications your background will include the skills to operate as a change lead. This will include the capability to assess performance, identify opportunities and implement effective strategies that drive long term operational success. You will possess Very strong relationship and influencing skills enabling you to deliver outcomes through a variety of levers. This will be supported by a proven ability to work collaboratively with others and influence positive change. Day to day there will be the opportunity to mentor team members to support their own development.
