The role
Due to the ongoing growth of our network we are currently recruiting for a permanent Network Controller. As a Controller you will work on rotating shifts on a 24/7 roster in a control centre environment. This will include utilising the operator consoles, closed circuit television and communications equipment. This role is at the heart of the operation, supporting our Drivers and ultimately to ensure the network runs in a safe, secure and efficient manner.
What you bring
In addition to your driving experience, your background may include working as a Relief Network Controller (pref.) or previous experience working within a control room, traffic management or monitoring centre environment. Regardless of industry superior communication skills and the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during network disruptions are critical. Whilst this role supports our large Driver team, you will also be able to work autonomously and have the ability to focus whilst managing the complexity of our network.
