Your impact
Join our forward‑thinking People & Culture team, where you’ll play a critical role in shaping how governance, systems and people practices drive a high‑performance, values‑driven culture across Transdev.
In this strategic role, you’ll apply your expertise in governance frameworks, remuneration, benefits and performance management to ensure our policies, processes and systems are robust, compliant and aligned with business objectives. You’ll partner closely with executives and operational leaders to embed integrity, transparency and best practice into every aspect of our people strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building equitable and competitive people practices, driving continuous improvement, and making meaningful impact across a large and diverse organisation.
What you’ll do
Lead HR governance frameworks — ensure policies, contracts and processes are compliant, transparent, and aligned with best practice.
Drive remuneration and reward strategies — oversee reviews, benchmarking, and equity initiatives to support fairness and retention.
Optimise people systems — enhance data, reporting and automation to improve employee experience and workforce insights.
Partner with leaders and stakeholders — collaborate across Transdev locally and globally to embed integrity and deliver strategic outcomes.
Champion organisational alignment — integrate People & Culture priorities with business objectives, service excellence and DEI commitments.
What you bring
Tertiary qualifications in HR, data analytics or a related discipline.
Proven ability to design and deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Strong expertise in remuneration reward and performance management frameworks.
Experience using the Korn Ferry Hay Grading Methodology is highly desirable.
Solid knowledge of employment law, compliance and HR governance.
Analytical, detail‑oriented mindset with sound judgment and commercial awareness.
Inclusive leadership style with the ability to build trust and partner effectively across all levels.
For the right candidate, a part-time (4 day per week) work pattern can be accommodated for this role.
