Your Impact: Accounts Payable Officer
We’re looking for a team player with demonstrable experience to join us and support our Accounts Payable shared service function.
You will be responsible for accurately processing invoices in line with P2P process, vendor payment terms and Transdev’s Shared Services Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager, you will play a key role in engaging with stakeholders in local businesses to ensure month processing of vendor invoices, communicating effectively to ensure adherence to internal processes and policies.
What You’ll Do
Process AP invoice within the agreed SLA terms, respecting the vendor payments terms agreed.
Reconcile vendor accounts to ensure completeness of payments.
Ensure all invoices are authorised according to the Delegated Financial Authority policy.
Be part of a continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the Accounts Payable function
Support internal and external audit processes
What You Bring
Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable processing
Experience with large ERP systems.
Understanding the application of Goods and Services Tax.
Knowledge of procurement policies & procedures.
High level of interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel.
Attention to detail with proficient data entry skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to operate within a Service Level Agreement and deliver on commitments as set out with the businesses.
