The role
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with managers to shape workforce performance and capability, uplift management effectiveness, and drive a positive employee experience across the organisation. Your work spans strategic partnering, employee relations, industrial relations, and continuous improvement, ensuring people practices are contemporary, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
What you bring
In addition to relevant tertiary qualifications your background will include experience in roles requiring a broad level of HR/ER/IR expertise. This will include strong operational ER/IR experience and implementation of people initiatives and programs. Regardless of industry, your previous experience will include working in complex, fast-paced and unionised environments. Supporting our workforce will require both excellent communications and influencing skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and employee groups.
