The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
In your new role you will run the day-to-day training administration tasks for Transgrid’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This role will have a high level of administration work specifically related to registering workers through our training system and inputting RTO data. You will run reports, deal with internal and external students ensuring records are up to date and accurate. You will update and create training packages that are part of Transgrid’s RTO scope to ensure compliance with any amendment or adding of scope.
You will be polite, professional and have a good understanding of RTO required training, scheduling, and course logistics. This role will see you liaise and engage with internal stakeholders to understand training needs and offer suggested solutions.
About you
- At least four years of RTO administration experience, preferably in the Energy sector.
- Experience in a Student Management System is essential, preferably in aXcelerate.
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in generating AVETMISS reports for submission.
- The ability to work under pressure and be adaptable to achieve deadlines within a highly dynamic environment.
- Proven communication skills and clear accurate documentation.
