At Transgrid we are creating a diverse and inclusive workplace in which all employees feel valued, safe and able to contribute to the best of their ability. We strive to reflect in our own workforce the communities in which we live.

Flexible workplace

We offer a wide range of flexible working options that empower our employees to balance all aspects of their lives.

Workplace flexibility at Transgrid

Having a flexible workplace means that we are able to accommodate people's needs. People don't just work, they have a life and they work as part of that life.

In the community

Through our partnerships with UTS and University of Wollongong we play our part in ensuring that female and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth are encouraged to study STEM subjects, to increase the diversity of talent in the wider community.

At a grassroots level, we provide support by contributing to a variety of local initiatives within the communities in which we work. Some of these initiatives include our Clontarf Foundation partnership, Community Partnerships Program and various environmental partnerships.
