This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and energetic Director of Customer Portfolio Management to oversee the governance, oversight and sponsorship of customer projects following contract execution. LUMEA™, is a Transgrid Group brand focused on renewable energy solutions in the competitive energy market.
Reporting to the General Manager of Portfolio & Asset Management as the Director you will lead a diverse team of Project professionals and Commercial Contracts so you will be a strong leader with a strong desire to support your team to ensure they are delivering an integrated customer focus service that enables and supports Lumea’s market facing teams from a whole of asset life perspective. Specific deliverables include achievement of recovery of claims from customers, post contract program and budget, procurement, capability, and resourcing development.
You will have an ability to be flexible and take on challenges with finesse and ease. Problem solving will be second nature which you will always manage with confidentiality and sensitivity in mind. You will be a passionate and driven professional with extensive experience in overseeing business performance, forecasts, and capital management for the life of delivered assets.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline such as engineering, construction management or business
- Extensive proven experience and skills in delivering governance and oversight, and directing and managing programs of large capital infrastructure projects
- Extensive experience in portfolio, project and contract management (including negotiating funding agreements) for annual capital program of $300-500m
