The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on demand energy and large scale storage for many generations to come.

We are seeking an experienced Land Access Delivery Manager to manage project land agreements and land contracts including oversight of the EPC Contractor access to site for construction and then final site handover back to property owners at the end of construction.

The purpose of this role is to ensure compliant land access is in line with project programme in a manner that enhances Transgrid’s social licence for the duration of the project.

Ensuring that land stakeholders are engaged with in a manner that provides a positive experience whilst managing landowner complaints, escalation and resolution process and establishing key performance indicators and reporting.

About You

  • Tertiary Qualifications or/any relevant experience
  • A minimum of five years of relevant industry experience.
  • A high level of oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction within the energy sector or similar high-risk industries
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of health and safety legislation, regulations and industry -leading work practices and initiatives
  • Experience in leading field staff in a complex high-risk working environment
  • Sound influencing skills and the proven ability to build effective interpersonal relationships
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues
  • Excellent oral and written skills, superior communications skills with strong attention to detail
  • Current driver’s licence
