The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on demand energy and large scale storage for many generations to come.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst to engage the business to document business processes, lead process improvement, implement and drive process efficiency.

The role will facilitate process review with functional leads and provide process mapping support for digital transformation initiatives. Identifying and driving resolution of inefficiencies, issues and risks to eliminate barriers to organisational success.

About You

Technical

  • Strong experience (2 years) in using the ARIS Architect toolset, SAP Signavio, UiPath or similar Business Process application.
  • Significant experience in mapping and development of Enterprise-wide Business Processes to drive efficiencies.
  • Broad understanding of functional capabilities and Business Processes across wide array of functions.
  • Project Management skills with proven success working on transformation projects.
  • Business / IT Bachelor Degree or commensurate experience.
  • Experience in the Utilities, Infrastructure or Engineering sector would be a plus.
  • Exposure to Oracle Finance, IBM Maximo/Mobile, S4/Hana would be a plus.

Soft skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to develop process metrics and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to take the initiative and lead a group towards achieving the end goal.
  • Sound work ethic.
