We are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager – Energy Services to provide senior financial leadership across Lumea Finance and the broader Lumea business. This role is responsible for shaping and delivering the end-to-end commercial and finance strategy that supports growth, investment decisions and long-term value for Securityholders. Partnering closely with Sales and senior leaders, you will drive commercial outcomes, support investment and capital raising activities, and ensure delivery of strategic and financial targets. The role works closely with Lumea and Transgrid’s Executive and Finance leadership teams and reports to Director level.
This is a key leadership position for a trusted advisor who contributes to strategy, business planning and investment decisions while fostering a high-performance finance culture.

About you
The ideal candidate will possess some or more of the following
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business or similar (or equivalent experience)
- CPA, CA or CFA qualification; postgraduate qualifications highly regarded
- Strong finance leadership experience with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Deep commercial acumen and experience applying financial modelling to investment and strategic decisions
- Understanding of the National Electricity Market, renewable energy and transmission infrastructure
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- A delivery-focused, commercially minded approach with high standards of governance, data integrity and transparency
- A commitment to safety, ethical practice, diversity and inclusion
