As a Senior Financial Analyst in the Lumea Finance Business Partnering team, you’ll work closely with operational and commercial leaders to deliver high-quality financial reporting and insights. Your work will help stakeholders understand performance, uncover risks and opportunities, and make confident, value-driven decisions across a capital-intensive portfolio.
This is a hands-on, influential role for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
About you
You’re a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business and driving improvement. You’ll bring:
- A degree in Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
- CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence and communicate across diverse stakeholders
- Experience in infrastructure or other capital-intensive industries (highly regarded)
- Advanced Excel skills; PowerPoint and Oracle experience advantageous
- A continuous improvement mindset and experience improving processes
- The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- Clear communication and presentation skills, with a desire to grow and lead
