CityLink is one of the busiest road networks in Melbourne. And that means a lot of traffic. Managing the safety of our road users and ensuring they get where the need to go on time is no small feat, and our Traffic Control Room Officers are responsible for just that. Working together in a super busy control room, they tirelessly monitor the flow of the traffic with an eagle eye and respond with lightning speed in the event of incidents, both big and small. Whether it's redirecting traffic flow, coordinating response teams, or relaying critical info to keep our roads safe, they do this all with a clear and cool head.
