Sitting in our Customer Care function, you'll form part of a team of Customer Service Officers who provide specialist support to our everyday road users. You'll interact with customers to provide and process information in relation to account inquiries, concerns, or general product/service questions. You'll be given the chance to join a team who are as empathetic as they are driven, always focusing on our 3 customer promises - show we care, make it easy and adding value.

The impact you'll have:
- You'll exceed all expectations in customer service with every interaction, mediocrity is not in your DNA.
- You'll confidently handle account and billing enquiries across a variety of our retail brands, predominantly through phone and email channels.
- You'll build strong customer relationships and support them on a range of enquiries, account management, vehicle tag and trip information- whatever they need, you'll be their go to person.
- You'll contribute to a high performing team, supporting your Team Leader and aspiring to take the next step
- An ideas person, you'll enjoy contributing to continuous improvement goals, proactively identifying operational and service improvement opportunities.
The talents you'll bring:
- You'll have gained relevant customer service experience, ideally in an inbound environment, with some high volume experience viewed favourably
- You thrive in a collaborative, team based environment, but also comfortable working autonomously
- You'll have great written communication skills, also striving to provide a high level of accuracy
- You'll put customers first, and understand the value of building positive relationships - you're conscientious and accountable for everything you do.
- A natural problem solver and people person, you'll communicate well with stakeholders, customers and colleagues - online and on the phone.
- You'll be driven, resilient and efficient, showing confidence and professionalism whether you're composing an email or on the phone.
- You'll think bigger and always look for better solutions and ways of working
