The Organisation Development (OD) team plays a significant role in enabling the growth agenda of Transurban, connected to our purpose of strengthening communities through transport. As an OD Lead, you'll be responsible for providing thought leadership, effective solution design and change execution to enable organisational capability and culture.
We currently are seeking 2x Organisation Development Leads; one will focus on Belonging, Well-Being and Engagement and the other to focus on Leadership and Capability. We're seeking OD professionals to join our collaborative team who are comfortable to pivot between different areas and on projects as needed.
These are both permanent on-going opportunities. These roles can be done as full-time, part-time or job share. Talk to us about what flexible working options work best for you.
The impact you'll have
- You'll be the SME for your OD portfolio, whether that be within Belonging, Well-Being and Engagement or Leadership and Capability, to provide specialist knowledge and advice to P&C and the broader business.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practice and share knowledge across the P&C function to build capability and foster a learning culture
- Design creative and impactful solutions and initiatives that will enhance employee engagement and enable our people to thrive in their careers at Transurban.
- Engage with P&C partners to better understand employee trends and needs, in order to design meaningful OD solutions and initiatives.
- Lead the effective implementation, change management and ongoing evaluation of solutions, programs, policies and processes in your portfolio to ensure relevance and impact.
- Support governance requirements for your portfolio to demonstrate progress against goals, monitor key metrics and meet reporting needs for internal and external stakeholders.
The talents you'll bring
- Extensive knowledge and experience of designing and delivering creative and impactful solutions in within Organisation Development, specifically within one or more of the fields of Diversity & Inclusion, Well-Being, Engagement, Leadership and/or Capability/L&D.
- Curiosity and an appetite to learn and stay abreast of trends, research and maintain networks in OD subject matter.
- A strategic and continuous improvement mindset with skills in change management and delivery.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills which demonstrate sound judgement and the ability to develop solutions that add value.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and foster relationships internally and externally as well the having the skills to influence at all levels.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills enabling your ability to engage stakeholders and employees at scale.
- You possess a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for alignment across People and Culture and the wider organisation.
- You consistently demonstrate high levels of drive and energy to deliver whilst problem solving complex issues and challenges.
