As the People and Culture (P&C) Change Delivery Partner you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of P&C change projects, in partnership with business stakeholders and P&C partners. This includes designing, planning, execution, implementation and transition of a variety of organisational change projects. These projects will vary in size and complexity across all areas of Transurban.

This is a permanent ongoing opportunity. This role can be done as full-time or part-time as a 4-day week or 9-day fortnight within a Hybrid working environment.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Lead P&C and business projects as needed and deliver these projects to meet requirements while utilising sound project management methodology and principles.
  • Provide change management support, such as, leading discussions, addressing any uncertainties, fostering positive acceptance of change, tailoring communications etc.
  • Develop change management and implementation strategies that will support adopting change for impacted employees and to mitigate risk.
  • Effectively manage all relevant stakeholders throughout projects and change to maintain engagement and foster effective working relationships.
  • Provide coaching to people leaders in change management as well as how to identify risks and offer mitigation strategies to assist people leaders to better understand workplace relations issues and P&C processes.
  • Develop artefacts to support change, such as letters and briefing packs.
  • Ensure all change solutions align to company values and deliver benefits for the business.

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

  • Extensive experience within People and Culture, ideally coming from a Partnering role or something similar where you have delivered change programs varying in size and complexity.
  • Experienced in People and Culture case management, with a well developed understanding of workplace relations/employee relations.
  • Exceptional project management skills with demonstrated examples of projects you have lead end-to-end.
  • A builder of relationships, you won't be afraid to challenge the status quo, helping to problem solve through your persistence, passion and the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Effective communication, both in person and written.
  • Well-developed business acumen. You're commercially focussed on what you deliver.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability navigate and thrive within an ambiguous, changing environment.
