HSSE Manager
About the role
- Lead, coach and support a team of HSE professionals
- Provide advice to support the Project Leadership Team to maintain a safe workplace
- Manage and support the site team in the implementation and auditing of the HSE Plans and Procedures.
- Ensure the Site Safety Committee, toolbox meeting topics and the involvement of H&S Representatives is a regularly undertaken event.
About You
- This is a highly seasoned safety professional with 7 to 10 years experience in Rail or a similar field.
- Extensive experience with appropriate statutory codes and WHS Regulations.
- Degree qualified
- Excellent communication skills both written & oral, whilst having the ability to negotiate & influence.
