About the role
UGLs Manufacturing & Maintenance business are currently seeking applications for a Supply Chain Coordinator - Rotables to join the rollingstock maintenance team based between our Mackay office and Nebo maintenance facility on a 12 month fixed term basis basis.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the role of Supply Chain Coordinator - Rotables is to maintain the rotable parts business, manage the end to end process returning defective equipment to a serviceable state.
The incumbent will coordinate sales and service orders with relevant departments including the supply chain, vendors and others as necessary to ensure the highest level of service and Customer’s expectations are met. Ensure all rotable parts are installed and dismantled in SAP.
About you
- Previous experience working with in supply chain ideally managing the service and maintenance of parts and component with external suppliers
- Good systems and information management skills is required.
- SAP exposure would be highly regarded
- Knowledge of quality management systems highly regarded
- Proactive and forthright in resolving and correcting issues that may arise.
- Transactional and data entry accuracy is paramount
- Proficient skills in computers\: MS Word, Excel, email.
- Experienced gained in the rail, automotive, military, Defence, avionics or any other safety critical environment.
