As an Environment Advisor at Unitywater, you’ll provide environmental advice and support across water and wastewater operations and capital projects, helping ensure compliance with Queensland environmental legislation, regulatory approvals and operating licences.
You’ll undertake site inspections and environmental audits, support incident investigations, review environmental management plans, analyse environmental monitoring data and contribute to continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
Working closely with operational teams, contractors and project stakeholders, you’ll play an important role in identifying and managing environmental risks, promoting good environmental practices and improving environmental performance across the Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and Noosa regions.

The role also includes a weekend on-call roster approximately once every five weeks (daytime only, with no overnight on-call requirement). Flexibility and adaptability are important, as you’ll help respond to operational environmental matters when required.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, with an immediate start preferred.
