About the role:
This opportunity will see you lead our team to provide support, maintenance, and optimisation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system components to deliver upon business priorities. You will also act as a key contact to manage the relationship with technology vendor partners and resolve incidents and escalations as they arise. You will also play a key role in help us to plan and deliver the future strategic direction of ERP system improvement initiatives to maintain a strong and robust ERP environment.

The requirements for the position are:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in IT, management or a business-related discipline.
- Strong relationship and contract management skills including the ability to consult with vendors, manage service provider performance and drive contract efficiencies and improvements, whilst maintaining delivery of day-to-day operational requirements.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to explore alternatives to reach outcomes
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Ability to translate a customer experience need into system design and business requirements.
- Excellent decision making and analytical skills with the capacity to develop strategies, policies, plans, systems and projects to achieve organisational objectives.
