About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Risk & Business Resilience you will provide direct advice and assistance to the stakeholders across the organisation including Branch Managers and Leaders. Plays a pivotal role in embedding and maturing risk management at Unitywater and fostering a strong risk-aware culture.

Key responsibilities for the role will include:
- leading the implementation and continuous improvement of Unitywater’s risk management framework
- support risk workshop facilitators by coordinating pre-workshop activities and taking the role of scribe during workshops, creation of risk registers post workshops and report development
- maintenance of risk reporting functions to support the needs of the internal committees, Executive Managers and the Audit and Risk Committee
- Supporting the growth and development of the Risk Champions across the organisation
To contribute to Unitywater’s values of Reliability, Safety, Honesty & Integrity, Efficiency, One Team, Innovation, you will demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role:
- Tertiary qualification in addition to demonstrated experience in a role.
- Demonstrated experience in configuring and using ERM software platforms
- Demonstrated experience in applying the principles of ISO31000:2018.
- Previous exposure to, or participation in Risk Assessment workshops.
