About the role:
As a Development Improvement Officer within our Development Experience and Engagement team, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience for the development industry. You will support the analysis of data to uncover patterns and insights that guide customer experience enhancements and operational efficiencies.
Your insights will help prioritise actions and inform decision-making, ensuring they are communicated clearly and effectively to both internal teams and key stakeholders. Collaborating with stakeholders across Unitywater and the broader development community, you will help optimise processes and systems, particularly our CRM, using data-driven approaches to build trust and achieve balanced, meaningful outcomes for our customers and Unitywater.
This is a permanent, full-time role (36.15 hours per week) based at our Maroochydore Head Office.
