About the Role
The Customer Resolutions Officer is responsible for responding to customer enquiries and complaints with accuracy, professionalism and care. You will prepare clear written responses, provide timely information, and work with internal teams to resolve issues effectively. The role supports continuous improvement by identifying trends and contributing ideas that enhance customer experience and team performance. You will also assist with creating templates and tools to support efficient workflows and demonstrate a commitment to Unitywater’s safety and service standards.
This is a max term 12 month opportunity based at our Maroochydore head office to start February 2026.

The Customer Relationships Team is a supportive, customer-focused group dedicated to delivering timely, accurate and empathetic resolutions for our community. We work collaboratively with colleagues across Unitywater, including Customer Service, Network Engineering, Field Services and Water Quality, to provide a seamless experience for customers. Together, we strive to create positive outcomes and uphold Unitywater’s reputation for reliable, customer-centred service.

- Certificate III in Business Administration, relevant industry experience, or other relevant qualification.

- A proactive approach, using sound judgement and taking initiative when resolving issues.
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and confidently use Microsoft Office and other applications.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing accurate, high-quality work.
