About the Role
The Continuous Improvement Officer will help to strengthen Unitywater’s revenue controls by reviewing processes, systems and business rules to identify improvements. You’ll map current and future workflows, prepare impact assessments and support the smooth transition of new revenue functions into BAU. The role also involves developing clear operational documentation and improving visibility of workloads and data integrity across the branch. It’s a hands-on role where you can make a real impact on operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
This is a max term role until November 2026 based at our Maroochydore Head Office.

The Revenue Assurance team is a supportive and collaborative group focused on protecting revenue and improving operational performance. The team works closely with Customer and Community leaders and technical specialists to deliver practical improvements and strong process controls. It’s an environment that values communication, problem solving and continuous improvement.
