About the Role
As Development Team Leader you will provide strong leadership and technical direction to ensure the efficient and compliant delivery of development Connection Approvals for water and sewerage services that support growth across the Unitywater region.
Leading a team of Development Officers and Inspectors, you will oversee Building Over and Adjacent Asset and development Connection Applications from pre-lodgement through to off-maintenance, provides strategic and practical advice, and works closely with internal teams, developers, consultants and regulators to deliver customer-focused outcomes while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
This is a full-time position based at our Maroochydore Office.
About the Team
Unitywater is undergoing a period of significant growth, driven by major infrastructure investment to support sustainable development across our region. The development Services team manages the process of connecting new developments to their water and sewer networks. This includes assessing applications, ensuring compliance with standards, and facilitating the connection process for developers. They also help developers navigate the complex approval process and ensure the safety of their water supply.
About you:
