About the role:
Step into a hands-on leadership role where you will lead crews delivering essential water and wastewater infrastructure across the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast regions. As a Crew Leader, you will take ownership of site operations - coordinating daily activities, managing resources, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Working closely with your team, you will oversee everything from meters to live connection, site set-out through excavation and restoration, while mentoring crew members and driving performance on site. This role suits someone who thrives in the field, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in leading from the front to deliver critical services to the community enjoying variety everyday.

You will bring:
- Proven experience in water/wastewater or civil construction.
- Strong leadership and crew supervision skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
- Solid understanding of WHS, environmental, and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with field technology, asset systems, or GIS (desirable).
- White Card (Construction Induction).
- Current MR and C Class Driver’s Licence.
- Plumbing licence (desirable).
