We are seeking an experiencedOptimisation& Compliance Managerto drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and compliance across our business. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance performance, ensuring regulatory and organisational compliance, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement and optimisation initiatives
- Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and standards
- Analyse operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop, implement, and review governance frameworks, procedures, and controls
- Partner with stakeholders to drive best practice and business outcomes
- Prepare reports, audits, and compliance documentation
About You:
- Experience in operational improvement, compliance, governance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
- Excellent communication and reporting capabilities
- Understanding of risk management and compliance requirements
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
