Ventia is seeking anAccommodation, Cleaning& Guest Services Supervisorto oversee accommodation, guest services and cleaning operations across Defence accommodation sites. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team supervision, site inspections, stakeholder engagement and administration to ensure high-quality service delivery for Defence personnel.
About the Role
Reporting to the Transport, Accommodation and cleaning Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of accommodation and cleaning services across multiple Defence accommodation sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting accommodation, guest services and cleaning teams
- Conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure cleaning standards are maintained
- Managing accommodation bookings, room allocations, check-ins and occupancy reporting
- Investigating and resolving customer service issues
- Monitoring contract compliance and quality standards
- Coordinating maintenance requests and service delivery activities
- Completing reporting, data entry and administrative tasks within various systems
- Building strong relationships with Defence stakeholders and customers
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Experience supervising teams within accommodation, hospitality, facilities or cleaning services
- Strong administrative and computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and operational systems
- Confidence working with reports, bookings, scheduling and compliance documentation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A keen eye for detail and quality assurance
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance
