Ventia is seeking a proactive and customer-focusedFacility& Asset Managerto support the delivery of facilities management services across a portfolio of South Australian Government sites.
In this diverse role, you'll oversee maintenance programs, manage stakeholder and contractor relationships, coordinate asset compliance activities, and deliver minor works projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing operational delivery, project management, site inspections, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities
- Conduct site inspections and oversee asset compliance requirements
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders
- Manage minor works projects from scope development through to completion
- Ensure safety, quality and contractual obligations are met
- Identify risks and implement effective solutions
About You
You will bring:
- Experience in Facilities Management, Property, Building Services, Construction, Trades or a related field
- Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills
- Experience managing maintenance programs and service delivery
- Project management experience, ideally within facilities or asset management environments
- Excellent administration and computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
Requirements
- Current Driver's Licence
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
