ABOUT THE ROLE
Ventia is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to provide support to the Landowner Liaison Officer, within our Transmission Lines Maintenance team.
This role performs administrative functions such as contacting landowners by phone and letter, maintaining the landowner database, providing assistance to the Ventia Landowner Liaison representative and the Ventia depot supervisor as required.
The role also has a significant customer contact element, both internal and external, and may act as a liaison point between clients and Ventia staff.
ABOUT YOU
As the ideal candidate, you will need to have solid experience in an administration support role with excellent written and oral communication skills.
You will need to have strong customer service background and be highly organized and motivated, able to work independently to support operations in the field.
You will also need to have a valid driver’s licence as well as have sound to advanced skills in Microsoft office products predominantly Word and Excel. Basic skills or familiarity with SAP would be an advantage.
