About the Role
We are seeking a NBN Site Engineer based out of our new offices in Cremorne, VIC.
The Site Engineer will be responsible to drive the delivery of the ODM program of work with a focus on; On Time Delivery, safety, quality, issue resolution and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administer Ventia Proprietary work management system to update the program
• Issue ticket of work to subcontractor base
• Regular daily follow up with subcontractors, field managers, area supervisors to obtain status of each task and project
• Brief field supervisors through regular correspondence and meetings to prioritise field activities
• Validate design and survey plans to ensure construction viability
• Validate BOMBOQ to ensure accurate construction and materials
• Coordinate redesign and survey
• Coordinate adjusted material requirements
• Prepare program status reports
• Prepare subcontractor schedules

About You
The successful candidate will have demonstratable experience as a Site Engineer ideally within the telecommunications / construction fields and hold an Engineering qualification.

You will also possess:

• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite. Particularly: Word, Excel & Outlook
• Familiar with the use of corporate business systems to manage tickets of work
• Ability to interpret engineering and survey drawings
• Ability to interface with subcontractors and clients to ensure delivery compliance
• Ability to bring strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
