A new national role has been created to support the TRECCA team. This is a fast-paced recruitment/admin and candidate care position, with flexability to work from home.

TRECCA (Training Recruitment Employment Care Career Advancement) are a dedicated team of professionals based around Australia to support our first nations candidates through recruitment and employment within Ventia. TRECCA is a First Nations Employment team and a Ventia Initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking pre-employment medicals and police checks
  • Completing reference checks
  • Generating letters of offer
  • Checking in with candidate to assist throughout the process

To be suitable

  • Ideally have recruitment experience or have worked in a similar fast paced environment.
  • You enjoy going the extra mile and providing a high level of candidate care
  • Because this is a national role we are flexible on your location Ideally based in a capital city within Australia
