Reporting to the SAED Manager, the role of the Project Support Officer is pivotal in supporting the project team to achieve project milestones in accordance with the project schedule. The role provides flexibility to split your time between the office and working from home. Ideally based in Melbourne or Brisbane.

About the Role
The role provides end to end project support to the team, including preparation and administration of documentation and co-ordination of stakeholders and scheduled deadlines to ensure the project is delivered in time accordingly to the project scope and within budget. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Project administration and supporting the project team with deliverables
- Support the processing and establishment of new projects including interacting with client systems
- Generate, record and maintain key SAED project information such status, progress, activities and issues
- Coordinate and monitor the project schedule, scope and budgets
- Collation and processing project financials including processing invoices, claims and variations
- Assist with uploading / downloading documentation in customer portals
- Maintain client / project related information in the relevant systems for stakeholder access
About You
- Certificate in Administration / Project Management (preferred)
- Experienced in a broad spectrum of administration skills with the ability to work independently and resolve issues
- Strong MS Office skills especially Excel, Word and Outlook; and have an aptitude for learning new systems
- Strong attention to detail, ability to use your initiative and meet tight deadlines
- Confident communicator (written and verbal)
