About the role
The Mechanical Installer will be responsible for installing metal frames, electrical infrastructure, and racking at various sites. The ideal candidate will be mechanically minded, have a strong attention to detail, and possess excellent manual dexterity.

- Full time permanent position - $42/hr rate
- Trade of tool vehicle
- 40 hours - Monday to Friday
- 1 Rostered Day Off per month
- Over-time for regional works or occasional Saturday

What you'll be doing
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Install metal frames and racking in accordance with instructions
- Install electrical infrastructure, including wiring and cabling
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation
- Perform quality checks to ensure work meets industry standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate with team members and management to ensure project deadlines are met
About you:
- Trade qualified would be advantageous (mechanical, HVAC installer or electrical background)
- High school certificate or equivalent
- Proven experience in mechanical installation or related field
- Competent in using of Microsoft office applications
- With current driver’s licence
- Competent in using hand tools
- Excellent manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
- Have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Have the ability to lift heavy objects up to 25kg The following qualifications are not essential but will be highly regarded in the selection process

- Emergency First Aid / CPR
- Low voltage Release and Rescue
- Working at heights
- Elevated work platform licence
- Forklift licence
