In partnership with the Australia Defence Force, we are seeking an Apprentice Chef to join the team at the Puckapunyal defence base near Seymour.
As an Apprentice Chef, you will:
- Get paid above the average apprenticeship rate
- Complete a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Have the opportunity to advance into management positions
We cater breakfast, lunch and dinner services and with great hospitality hours, this role will see you in a Full-Time position with shifts scheduled anytime between the hours of 5:30am – 7:30pm Monday to Friday.

No experience is necessary for this position as we are seeking enthusiastic candidates who have the desire to build a strong career in the Hospitality industry. Ventia are committed to developing and mentoring their Apprentices so they can learn valuable skills and gain exposure to all aspects of the hospitality industry.
