The Role
Ventia are seeking a Warehouse / Store Person to join our Defence team in Bundamba. This is a full-time position working a 9-day fortnight.
Responsibilities

Perform stores, warehousing, distribution and transport activities

Ensure proper custody of stores, e.g. stock check of quantities check for deterioration of equipment, expiry of shelf life & Security of inventory

Apply quality control techniques to your work and to the work of other staff

Participate in monthly Toolbox Meetings
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

Store, Warehouse, Distribution, Transport experience

Defence Industry background and experience with Defence Inventory Systems (MILIS) is a plus
-
Drivers Licence (Car / Light rigid truck)

Current Forklift License (LF)

Must be Australian Citizen capable of obtaining a Defence Security Clearance
