Ventia are currently looking to engage an experienced Project Coordinator. This is a key role will see you providing effective and efficient project and contract administrative services that support our AGFMA contract delivery. This is permanent fulltime position based in Adelaide.
You will utilise your previous experience to perform the following:
- Leveraging a strong attention to detail and timeliness, provide efficient administrative support to Project Managers and the Service Delivery team regarding data collection, processing and reporting
- Working in consultation with the Project team and Operational team, apply for required project permits, administer programs, and maintain the project management documentation suite including project tracking tools
- Maintain the contract records and project status including work order management in SAP and supporting the Finance team with the provision of relevant project reporting
- Liaising across the contract team, create purchase orders, receipt delivery dockets and assist Operations with purchasing requirements
- Undertake reasonable travel intrastate and interstate as required
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in supporting project works in similar environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear and accurate reporting
- High level written and verbal communication skills and ability to create written reports
